How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs may vary depending on where you want your order to be delivered. The costs will be displayed in your cart before you confirm the order.
Be aware that customs taxes are not included.

How long do deliveries take?
Depending on the stock, your parcel leaves our warehouse within 48-72  hours of placing your order. Within the BeNeLux it may take between 24-48 hours. In the rest of the world delivery times vary depending on where your order is going to be delivered.

Where can I receive my order?
When you place your order, you can enter your preferred delivery address, such as your home or office.
We do not deliver to postal codes.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We offer worldwide delivery.

Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands.

Returns

How to return your order?
Send and email to info@simplicityofblack.com, including your ordernumber and reason or requesting your return.
our customer service agent will reply within 48 hours, with the instructions to prepare your return.
